My Students

The students in my class are passionate learners who commit themselves to an advanced learning model for junior high. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have an even wider range of goals for their futures. The seek out knowledge everyday and are always looking for creative ways to complete tasks.

To my students, learning is a prize fight and they will do whatever is needed to be victorious!

Our entire school has committed to holding all of our students to their individual standards of highest capacity, and my students are the role models of this!

My Project

The materials and furniture in this project will be used to create an alternative workstation in the classroom. Individuals and small groups will have the opportunity to utilize this space when they are needed a space to calm themselves or additional space to spread out.

A flexible learning environment is essential to allow all students to be successful!

Currently my students are limited to their assigned seats at tables, or open space on the floor. I want to create a classroom that fosters the creativity that my students already have. I am excited at the prospect of offering this space to my classes.
