My Project

I am new to high school counseling this school year. I am in a new school district located in the rural Mississippi Delta. The room that I was assigned was completely empty when I first stepped into it. I did not inherit anything from the previous school counselor.

I am in dire need of an area to conduct small group counseling sessions.

This would include the need for chairs and a table. Small group counseling is an essential function of school counseling. My students and I would love to have an area that is organized and flexible for small group counseling and other needs.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
