Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are all special needs students who come from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic status. Many of the challenges that face lower income families living in urban areas contribute to the children not getting enough exercise and outdoor time.

Please help me give my students some gross motor toys to get them moving.

These toys will dramatically increase their motivation to move more in a wide variety of ways. They would love to shoot baskets into their very own basketball hoop! It is so important for their overall development that they learn skills like throwing and hitting a target. These toys will make learning and developing these skills so much easier and more fun!
