My Project

I will utilize these materials to help keep my students on the school's wrestling team focused on grip control along with cardio with this equipment to keep them on successful on that mat and have something amazing to look forward to at the end. We are district scamps but I want to make it to regional and states.

Many of my students have struggled for the past two years with grabbing an opponent and following through.

Making sure they works pats of the body they don't think they need is my priority. I also want to make our wrestlers confident in what they can accomplish. The wrestling room is a safe space to get frustrations out and use the energy for something useful. Providing them with this equipment will ensure success on the mat. They need them for a cardio grip strengthening and finger strengthening. I believe this will help overall team confidence and energy. Help me give my students items so they will want to work hard!
