My Project

I am a school counselor in a community that just suffered a terrible loss. I am working with some children who's lives have been turned upside down as a result of this tragedy. In researching ways to help them, I discovered grief bags.

These are bags filled with items to provide comfort to the children and resources to the families.

In addition to the items here, I will also include brochures about the specific topic they are facing and local resources they can access. I would like to create a bag for each of the children I am working with now, and several for the future and/or to share with other local counselors faced with similar circumstances.
