Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are smart, curious, and love to learn and play each school day. Whether they are sounding out simple words or learning their numbers, they are actively engaged in learning. Their learning continues throughout the day when they are in interactive and cooperative play.

Children learn as they play.

Exposure to different learning materials significantly impacts the students' preschool experience.

My Project

The magnetic dry erase boards and alphabet letters will enhance my preschool students' writing, letter recognition, and fine motor skills.

The dry erase boards will motivate my students to write, draw pictures, and be creative.

The magnetic alphabet letters will help my students strengthen their letter formation and reading readiness skills.

Some of the students have weak fine motor skills, and the ability to write on the dry erase boards will strengthen the muscles in their hands and fingers. The materials will be a great inspiration for emerging readers and writers.
