My Project

Students are motivated by incentives. This is true with everything that is being done throughout their day. Many of my students come from very poor neighborhoods and a simple eraser or scented marker makes them want to work harder than anyone else in the class. The group of students that I have are a great group of kids. I want to be able to have a small prize chest that allows them to be rewarded for their hard work.

Another special talent that many of my students have is art.

They love to color and do projects. We go through a lot of markers and pencils with this. I love the creative spin that each one is able to put on an assignment and would love for it to continue. Not many of the students are financially able to provide these basic coloring options for themselves.
