My Project

My second-grade classroom is a place where young minds grow academically, emotionally, and socially. This project aims to foster gratitude and creativity by creating gratitude jars and painting inspirational rocks.

These activities will help students develop mindfulness, self-expression, and an appreciation for the little joys in life.

Students will decorate jars and use them to collect daily notes of gratitude. This practice encourages positive thinking and mindfulness.

Students will also paint rocks with uplifting messages and designs. These rocks can be placed around the school or community, spreading kindness and encouragement.

These activities go beyond art; they help students to develop gratitude and mindfulness habits, enhance creativity and spread positivity and kindness in our community.
