Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Graphic novels are extremely popular school-wide, which means that my students sometimes are not able to find any in the school's library. Having a graphic novel collection of our own would mean that my students will always have a graphic novel readily available to them.

Graphic novels will inspire my class to read more and increase their reading stamina.

Because they are fun reads, graphic novels will keep my students engaged and looking forward to their next reading book. This will also help my students realize that reading is fun and hopefully will become lifelong readers.
