Help me give my students three running GPS watches to share to keep track of their mile pace during their training.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"I joined the Patriots in 7th grade because I wanted to be part of a family. The hardest part of running is when you want to give up, but you don't. The Patriots gave me role models to look up to." This is a quote from one of our runners from a yearbook.
Many teams develop a culture all based on winning or losing, but we develop a culture based on hard work and the determination to improve and mentally persevere.
In our team's history, we have ran distances ranging from 1500m to even a half marathon! Many teams have tryouts but we accept all students. Our runners are motivated by many different reasons. We train in all sorts of weather, including the rain and snow to develop a strong mindset! Our runners treat one another like family members inside and outside of school. We have runners who graduated to high school but still return to help the team out!
My Project
When a student runner is aware of their mile pace during training, then they know whether or not they need to slow down or speed up while running to meet their training goals. This is hard to accomplish without a GPS watch that gives a runner their current mile pace.
Currently, during training, we give each runner a goal split based on their level.
During their run, let's say an interval, they won't know their pace until AFTERWARDS when they check their time and match it with the mile pace on a chart that I created. If our student runners know their mile pace while actually running, then it'll help them tremendously because, at this age, it's hard for them to go by feel.
With your watches, for some students runners, they don't need to use the chart system that I created. With the three GPS watches, I can split some of our runners into three groups with a leader assigned to run a specific mile pace. It'll be the job of the other members of the group to stay with the leader as much as possible. Being self-aware is key to improvement!
At our annual fall cross country championship race, our competition is all schools from affluent neighborhoods. We are the least affluent by a wide margin. All the teams have hi-tech jerseys and many of the more serious runners own a GPS watch, and we hope that you can help us close that gap by donating three GPS watches for our team to help in our training!
