Help me give my students GPS watches that will help them be able to better understand their pace on training runs. This will help them be able to compete at a higher level.

My Students

Have you ever run a race? The runners at our school have run many races. They are eager to work hard and learn how to improve themselves as runners and individuals. They spend hours training and preparing to run races and they need to know their paces.

The student athletes at our school are an exceptional group of athletes who have big goals to achieve.

They are excited about all of the possibilities they have as individual runners and as a team. They showed great grit and determination last season and we are excited to see what this year holds as we prepare for the fall.

My Project

Cross Country is a team and individual sport that forces runners to dig deep and work hard. At our charter school are constantly working to increase overall fitness for each individual runner.

One of the best ways to see individual runner's effort is a great GPS watch.

The Forerunner 235 tracks heart rate, cadence, speed, distance, zones, and so much more. These watches will help give both the coaches and the runners great data to help improve their speed and endurance. There is no substitute for a great running watch.
