My students range from grades K-5. These students are eager to learn new things, experiment, and learn! They thoroughly enjoy playing instruments. We have been able to purchase a few instruments for students to use. This year we purchased recorders for 4th and 5th grade students, and they have really learned and enjoyed the experience of learning to play the recorder. They are excited to learn new notes, rhythms, and pieces. I would like to provide the same kind of experience for all of the grammar students at our school. Our school is a place that supports a variety of learning styles. We have students from many different background who together form a school where teachers can teach and students will and do learn. I know that our bright and energetic children would thrive on the use of Orff teaching techniques.
