My Students

My school serves students in grades K-5. Our mission statement is to teach students to inspire confidence, empower each other, respect diversity, reach for knowledge, and achieve academic excellence.

I am very fortunate to work with 26 active, smart, fun-loving third graders who are thirsty for knowledge.

My school is one of the top schools in our district and state because of the hard work that students accomplish, our staff, and parental support. We teach students how to have a positive growth mindset, and be grateful for things that people may take for granted.

My Project

As a teacher, I am always looking for innovative ways to keep students excited and engaged with learning. By attending the “Get Your Teach On” National Conference, for teachers who teach K-5, I will be able to reach that goal. This opportunity will help me learn fresh, exciting, strategies and best practices, which will help support my students.

Each year I give 100% to my students to be the best that I can be.

This three-day conference will be the ultimate experience to reenergize my passion for teaching with the most current research based strategies in education.

Since education continues to change and evolve daily, teachers need to be up to date with knowledge and how to keep students captivated. By attending the “Get Your Teach On” conference, I will be motivated, enthusiastic, and invigorated for the 2018-2019 school year, which will help my students be the best that they can be.
