This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The fifth-grade learners of CES have the purest hearts and best intentions.

I would like help in providing our fifth-grade CES Stars with opportunities to develop their literacy by creating a diverse library of new books and exciting titles that they would enjoy.

The path to success is paved through literacy and I know that having an up-to-date and exciting library would promote reading in the best way. We intend to enjoy these books during our independent reading times of the day and for book clubs. As a campus that encourages Accelerated Reader (AR), these books will also support our learners in comprehension and fluency practice to continue to earn AR points.
