My Project

My kids have lost their minds with excitement about The Wild Robot, by Peter Brown. It has become a huge favorite of third graders and now that there is not just one, nor two, but THREE of them, they cannot read fast enough to keep up with good ol' Roz!

The Wild Robot novels have captivated my students imaginations and given us great writing to read and discuss.

The universal themes found in these books have made for rich conversation and cross curricular activities for a couple of years now. My copy is dog eared and worn and when I finished reading it to the class, many of my students wanted to read it again by themselves.

Please help me give my kids the joy of these books with a class set of hardcover editions of all three of the novels. From my most reluctant readers, to my kids who nearly inhale books, they will all benefit by having their own sturdy copies to read, reread, and do use for wonderful class novel studies.

Ms. Pace will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 24.
