My Project

Breathe for Change has changed my classroom environment already. It has better-equipped me to follow my philosophy with tools like yoga and trauma-responsive practices, along with a continuing understanding of social-emotional and academic correlations.

I want to go deeper into practices that are foundational and based in humanity; I want to reach farther with more than gimmicks and fads.

I want my classroom to teach life skills through music and wellness. Continuing my yoga training with Breathe for Change will help me achieve this goal by giving me access to centralized resources and foundational understanding.
