This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

An end-of-the-year glow party can be important for several reasons:

Celebration of Achievements: It provides an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments and successes of students throughout the school year.

Recognizing their hard work and achievements helps boost morale and motivation.

Building Community: It fosters a sense of community and belonging among students, teachers, and staff. Bringing everyone together for a fun and memorable event helps strengthen relationships and create lasting memories.

Relieving Stress: As the school year comes to a close, students may feel stressed or overwhelmed by final exams or assignments. A glow party offers a chance to unwind, de-stress, and have fun with classmates and friends.

Promoting Positive Behavior: It serves as a reward for positive behavior and academic efforts throughout the year. By offering a fun and exciting event as an incentive, students are motivated to maintain good behavior and focus on their studies.

Encouraging Participation: A glow party is an inclusive event that appeals to a wide range of interests and preferences. It encourages participation from all students, regardless of their background or abilities, promoting inclusivity and a sense of belonging for everyone.
