My Project

My middle school students are creative and musical. We put on a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) night each year. My Stomp students, modeled after the musical Stomp where we play music on everyday objects; buckets, trash cans, tires etc, perform at our STEAM night.

This year we are planning on creating "Glow in the Art" by playing under the black lights, in the dark.

We are going to paint our sticks fluorescent and create an immersive experience for the audience. We would like to create glow in the dark art to decorate the room and finish creating the glow in the dark experience with both sight and sound.
