My Project

My students are incredibly resilient, hardworking, and full of potential. My office is a space for all of them—whether they need a safe, quiet spot to reset on a tough day, or want to share a proud achievement. I want my office to be a welcoming sanctuary where every student feels supported.

How This Resource Helps

This sensory lamp will serve two vital purposes in my office:

To Calmingly Regulate: For students who are overwhelmed, anxious, or in crisis, the soft, shifting lights provide a visual anchor to help them de-escalate, breathe, and find their calm.

To Excitingly Celebrate: When students visit to share a win—like hitting a reading goal or showing great kindness—we will turn the lamp on as a special, glowing "celebration light" to reward their success.

Your support transforms my office into a space of both comfort and celebration, helping students return to class ready to learn!
