Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These light boards would make an incredible addition to my classroom to help students gain artistic skills and create beautiful artwork that they can be proud of. At the beginning of this Spring Semester I had purchased a light board to test it out in my classroom. I wanted to see if something like this would be beneficial for my students, and YES, it was very impactful.
Having a light board for my Art II students to use was very helpful to many of my students creating collages.
They had an image they were collaging on top of and many students really enjoyed being able to match shapes from their images to add to their collages. Many students wanted to use it and were willing to wait their turn for their use of the light board. When the students had their turns they felt it helped their overall artwork. My Advanced Art students also would really benefit from these to help them to create abstract paintings.
