Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My students all have severe autism. Daily life can be a struggle for them. Everyday activities can be overwhelming and difficult. My school is extremely under funded and gives me minimal supplies.

My students require a highly structured environment to learn and focus. When the classroom is organized this way, they are better able to learn new skills and maintain focus.

I need a heavy duty room divider to create different sections in my room. My students sometimes can be aggressive or rowdy, so I need something that can with stand and create a safe learning environment.

Autism is an very challenging disability. My students make me proud every day by their ability to overcome these obstacles. With your help, I can create a safe environment that will provide maximum learning opportunities. Teaching students with autism is not always easy- but is possible! Please give my students the chance to learn and grow!!
