My students need magnetic word builders and letters, and book bins to help them read at their level.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Sanchez's classroom raised $162
This project is fully funded
My Students
I teach at a Title I school. More than half of the students are living in a low income family household. Despite this, these students love to learn.
"I can't do this yet but I am going to keep on trying"
This is a quote from one of my students this year. They love to try new things and not give up.
My students entered my class at various levels in reading and math. They love to work together and help each other at any time during the day. They need hands on activities to keep them focused. They are very hard workers and I can't wait to see them grow this year!
My Project
These tools are going to help my students learn to read. The magnetic letters will help my students manipulate words. They will be able to build and decode words. These magnetic letter will be an easy way for students to substitute and delete sounds in words.
Which book is right for me?
The book bins will help me organize the books by reading level. This will help the students know which books are just right for them. Students will be able to choose from books leveled A-L. With the different colored bins, they will easily be able to tell difference between the levels.
