This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Snack time in our classroom is needed in our daily routine in school. I have been providing snacks to my students for the last 4 years, and I do see a difference in their focus ability. I want to continue with this tradition of being able to provide snacks for them. We usually don't have lunch until 12:30 pm and tummies are rumbling before lunchtime comes around.

The certainty of a yummy snack will brighten a child's day, and them focus on learning.

This project will ensure that all students have access to snacks when they need them. These individually wrapped snacks, like Goldfish and Cheez-It, will fill hungry tummies.
