My Students

My students are high school freshman who have had a very rough year due to their original teacher being gone most of the first semester. I have taken over the class second semester and am trying to motivate my new students to enjoy reading again.

My Project

I am wanting to use this book as a class novel study set. My students have had a hard year so far and I want to help them enjoy reading again. This is a book I think a lot of them can connect to and will enjoy getting wrapped up in. I believe this book will lead them to be more engaged in class and even excited to come and read everyday. They have not been very motivated since an incident occurred earlier this year and I want to change that!
