Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach second through fifth grade in an special needs classroom. Throughout the year, our materials in our classroom get dirty or get broken, and we are in desperate need of new items or a restock on some items! These items are things we can use in our classroom to help create a more welcoming and independent environment. The carpets will allow me to create different areas in my classroom.

The pencil boxes will be used to allow my students to carry their materials on their own but will also be used to hold their token charts for reinforcement!

My students are very eager to learn but require lots of reinforcement to keep them motivated throughout their day. As I move up grade levels with my students, it is important that I keep adapting to their unique needs! Having new rugs, pencil boxes, TPT gift cards, and new decor will help me achieve that!
