My students enter my classroom with different needs and different skills. However, they all benefit from engaging, hand-on activities and lessons. They are excited about learning and love making connections. My students love playing academic games, and participating in creative projects that connect to their learning.
My students rise to meet any classroom challenge I provide them.
They work hard and have shown great progress over the school year. They are problem solvers and critical thinkers. I love being their teacher and seeing their smiling faces!
My Project
As a first grade teacher, it is my goal to make my classroom as engaging and fun for students as possible! I hope to instill a love of learning and excitement about coming to school in all of my students. First grade includes important, foundational learning, making it especially important that students are actively engaging in their content.
This conference will equip me with the tools I need to create a fun, engaging, and rigorous classroom environment!
