My Students
My Students have made it to the 4th grade and are very excited to start learning! I teach at an inner city school where we do not get many of the supplies needed to make learning exciting. As we get ready to enter into a new school year, I am finding that my general supplies are dwindling and my ability to purchase new supplies is extremely limited. In this request, I am seeking replenishment of general teaching supplies such as markers, paper, glue sticks, and scissors.
My Project
My kids have a tough time bringing pencils to school. Since I teach in an inner city school, it is very difficult to ask my parents to go out and spend money on school supplies. A lot of what is used in my classroom, I purchase myself. Therefore, we are looking for general educational supplies such as paper for our poster projects, colored pencils and markers to make the posters showcasing what they are learning. We are also asking for basic necessities including pencils, scissors, glue and pens. We are always finding ourselves in dire need of a pencil sharpener.
