Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with an amazing group of fifth graders that are kind, loving, and thoughtful! They would like to take time to recognize and show their appreciation for the caregivers in their lives.

The materials for this project will allow my students to create treasured projects to give to their loved ones for Mother’s and Father’s Day!

These projects have been a tradition in my classroom for over 20 years and it is very special that families have kept them. Now this year, their 5th grader can add to the collection or be the first!
