My Project

All of my students need a place to sit at when coming to me for small group time. Our class can only have a couple of students come to me at a time which is okay sometimes but with the very limited space I have and the table I am currently using, I need something different and that sits everyone better. The items I am requesting for this project will help make a difference in my students learning by providing a more diverse and inclusive space to discuss things openly in our small groups about what is needed and/or asked of them. The chairs and the tennis balls will help keep the chairs and table legs from scratching the floor as well.

My specific goals for this project are to be able to provide a space for my students to succeed academically and be able for me to help them focus more one on one with the work they have.

What makes my students so special is the differently abilities I have in my classroom. All my students are unique in their own way, and I really love that about them. They are the sweetest students, and they have such huge hearts. I teach at a low-income school, so it is often difficult for parents to provide supplies, etc. for their child. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
