My Students

My students are my heart! They are amazingly creative, imaginative, engaging engineers, mathematicians, and scientists who love to work outside the box. They come to school every day ready to learn and to embrace any challenge that awaits them. They do this with a smile and an amazing attitude. We are a small community school and our budget is very limited. We have a very high percentage of low income, high need students who lack so many resources. Conferences and training for teachers are often frozen or denied based on funds.

They need, they deserve, the very best that I can give them every second of every day.

They deserve to be challenged, to be engaged, to be pushed, to be supported so that they can be happy, successful, contributing members of society now and in the future!

My Project

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of an amazing and incredible professional development! Get your teach on will be a new, engaging, dynamic and very beneficial conference to be part of.

Get Your Teach On will provide me with new and engaging ways to reach and teach all my students this year and for many years to come!

With ever dwindling budgets and cuts, it is nearly impossible to secure conference budget assistance, they are usually the first to get cut. This is the first time ever and who knows if Get Your Teach On will ever be this close again!
