My Students

I am lucky enough to wake up each morning and teach third graders who are eight and nine years old. I love teaching them each day. They are a beautiful mix of cultures from all over the world.

My students love to learn when lessons are engaging and hands-on.

My students are eager to learn but sometimes struggle when doing seat work. They do their best thinking and learning when the material is presented in an engaging way. This is true for all subject areas.

My Project

The Get Your Teach On conference will help to inspire teachers like me to bring magic into their classrooms. It will help me to become inspired and motivated to be the best teacher that I can be. I am able to connect virtually with some amazing educators from all over the world.

I want to continue to grow as an educator and bring excitement into my classroom for all students.

In addition I want to learn and grow from some of the most inspiring people in education across all subject area. Bringing fresh ideas to my classroom is very important to me. This conference will give me access to so many top people in my field. Everything I learn will be brought right back and used immediately in my classroom.

Having the opportunity to do this right from home during this time is perfect. It will give me the chance to continue to learn and stay safe.
