Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The theme of this year is for our entire school building is to be leaders. It is my goal to teach leadership skills to my students and help them show compassion for life. Students will meet the local fire department and show compassion for their hard work and labor. With this project students will show support to the fire department to prevent them from getting burned out from being on the front lines. Those on the front line often face burn out, emotional stress, and physical stress. On-the-go-snacks, board games, and drinks will relieve physical stress and mental wellness to the fire department.

Students will be encouraging our front line fire fighters to get fired when they load the truck with on-the-go snacks and provide board games to relieve mental stress at the fire station.
