Help me give my students the health related fitness equipment they need to stay healthy during the pandemic. The listed equipment is all "hands free" while providing agility, strength and endurance training without germs being transmitted.
These are some wonderful K-5 students from a rural, low socioeconomic status area who were devastated by Hurricane Florence and the CoVid-19. Throughout the pandemic, via distance learning, it is apparent how much the students and teachers miss each other and being at school. It shows how much the students and families depend on school to give a sense of normalcy, of being in a safe environment, in being somewhere where students can feel loved and appreciated.
The student body is comprised of a mix of white, African American and Hispanic children.
Many of them get the most love and attention when they come to school. Many of our students come from single parent, blended, or nontraditional families. These are kids in need of creative and innovative experiences to keep them interested, motivated and in line with the learning that takes place at more affluent schools.

My Project
The CoVid-19 Pandemic calls for effective and creative strategies to keep students learning. Physical Education in particular needs to incorporate creative yet germ free ideas to keep students interested and motivated to stay in shape, in order to avoid the "Quarantine 15", and avoiding unwanted weight gain.
The requested materials offer fun (and colorful!) ways for kids to exercise without even knowing they will be developing agility, strength and coordination skills.
The equipment will help practice social distancing while giving them a good workout and giving them a fun experience.
