Help me give my students access Osmo Genius Kits so that they can engage in fun, interactive STEM games.

Tucked away in the west central region of Baltimore City, our school is home to approximately three hundred students in pre-k through eighth grade. Our school has a ninety-two percent FARM rate and a twenty-four percent special education rate, as our school is also home to several city-wide specialized programs. Living in an urban setting, our students are fortunate to have a school with ample outdoor green space and a comfortable school building. We strive to make every area in the school child-friendly to maximize learning and comfort.
Our students enjoy coming to school and thrive on integrating technology and hands-on learning opportunities into our curriculum.
The amazing staff employs a wealth of knowledge and creativity to meet individual student needs across grade levels. Knowing that Baltimore City school students experience ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) at a much higher rate than our state and national averages, we feel it is imperative for school to be a sanctuary for these children.
This year, we have been lucky enough to have access to iPads for our early learning classrooms. We are hoping to pair these iPads with the Osmo Genius kits to provide access to STEM activities for our youngest learners.
The Osmo Genius kits feature several game-based learning activities that will strengthen visual spatial and problem-solving skills, allowing our students to learn while having fun.
Our early learning classrooms would benefit from having two kits in each room so that several students would be able to utilize this opportunity in an average day. Blending technology, hands-on materials and fun activities, these kits are exactly the type of learning experiences that we seek to enrich the learning experiences of all of our students, but especially those showing an interest or strength in those areas.
