Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is for gardening tools to help my students keep our school environment clean and beautiful. In conjunction with our Earth unit, this project will allow them to put into action what they have learned about the environment. The materials requested will allow them to enhance our school community with a garden.

The colorful gloves, aprons, shovels and the seeds will help them build this garden from start to finish.

This will not only help our school environment, but planet earth too.

They will have to use their math measuring skills in order to plant the seeds and water the plants. Also, working together will make this world a better place.
