Gaming It Up With Switch Life II

My Project

I am the MTSS/PBIS co-lead for our school and many schools talk about how gaming systems are very popular with the older kids and a much wanted award for following school wide expectations.

I would love to add this Nintendo Switch with a few new games to our PBIS school store, where kids use their reward points to purchase items or experiences.

We would love to add more experiences over candy to our schoolwide PBIS store and this would be a great experience to add. The kids can sign up to purchase some game time over lunch and be able to play with some friends. If this funds, it will help us offer more experience type options for kids who continually follow our expectations in school. Bringing them a little bit of fun with friends doing what they like to do, during the lunch time of the day. This also helps kids who may not have these devices at home get more experience with gaming, game design, and Esports. Not all kids have access, so I want to make sure we have them for kids to use during downtime at school. This could also be used afterschool if we have teachers willing to help. For kids who don't have these items at home, this can also be a reward that they want to earn with their positive behavior, since it is not something they can do daily on their own time. This can also be used with our tier 2 students who need extra motivation to do what is right. Thank you for helping us bring more options to our PBIS school store.
