Gamification in Education!

Help me give my students engaging games to improve auditory processing, self-regulation and literacy skills.

My Project

The games and activities I am requesting are recommended by Special Educators, Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to improve and strengthen students struggling with an auditory processing disorder and/or self-regulation skills that in turn affect their ability to learn to read.

I will use these engaging games to "gamify" my small group literacy lessons with children with disabilities in grades Prek-2nd.

The goal of this project is to enhance learning by increasing student engagement and their motivation to participate. Games and drawing board are way more fun than worksheets for most children especially those who have APD, dyslexia, autism and/or other learning disabilities. These games will enhance my arsenal of learning resources for years to come.
