Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Pickleball is a sport that is growing more and more every day. This is an activity that students will be able to play with family and friends throughout the years. Since the class sizes are large we need to have additional equipment so students are active. The gaga pit allows a whole class in at one time and they can participate all together. Moving around and being able to have hands-on experiences are very important.

Lifetime fitness is very important and the equipment that we would like to get help with that goal.

The gaga pit can be used in each grade. The students like learning new activities and would like to have the experience with the equipment. If we do not have the equipment, they will not be able have the fun that they see in videos. The gaga ball pit and pickleball equipment will help the students work on team work and hand eye coordination.
