My Project

Our school is a diverse community of students and staff who love to build community together. As a librarian in this space, I am surprised at how aged the library furniture looks. Our space can be transformed into a room that all students want to spend time in.

Our students and families deserve to have a library that is inviting, warm, and welcoming to all.

This project would provide materials that allow students to find comfy seating, cozy spots to study, and calming areas that just beg kids to come in and stay awhile.

I can't wait to see the smiles on our students faces as they see how warm and welcoming our library can be.
