My Project

As a Special Education Preschool teacher, my goal for our play area is to have a foundation of long-lasting shelving and dramatic play centers so I can continue to offer my students variety. Dramatic play is one of the most important types of play for children. Our classroom is limited to the materials and resources to promote and encourage students' dramatic play.

The materials I am requesting will help to improve our dramatic play area, allowing the students to learn and grow developmentally with their peers and encouraging exploration!

Dramatic play will significantly benefit student learning, including adaptive living, social-emotional, and speech and language skills.

I hope that by adding the materials in this project, my students will continue to make progress.
