Help me give my students It isn't easy to provide privacy when testing. The wobble chairs would benefit students who have difficulty being still. Finally,A rolling desk would be a great addition to make me more effective.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Please help me provide a pleasant environment conducive to learning. Because of the size of the classrooms and the amount of students in each room, it isn't easy to provide privacy when testing. I teach 5th graders and the rooms did not consider student physical growth when designing the classrooms. Privacy folders will enhance focus and concentration.
The wobble chairs would benefit students who have difficulty being still.
These chairs help students stay alert and engaged in their learning. Being able to move provides students help with restless tendencies and this gives them a way to channel their excess energy and improve their ability to concentrate. I teach at a late school and students spend a long time (8:30-4:00) in classrooms. Most times students don't make it on the buses until after 5:00 PM!
Finally, as a teacher, I like to move around to monitor and assist students. A rolling desk would be a great addition to make me more effective.
