This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Fifth grade math is challenging for many students but my students are up for the tasks. My students are unique with unique ways of learning.

My plan is to give my students these fun interactive manipulative bundles that makes fifth grade math more exciting.

Hopefully, they will be able to work through the struggles and have fun doing so.

Since fifth grade math can seem very abstract on paper the manipulatives can help the students gain understanding. These tools can be used in intervention groups, independent work time, and in group activities.
