Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The library is the heart of the school community, and here at our school we strive to make it inviting for all students and staff. Our school serves over 800 students and about 100 staff members. This means our library is busy on a daily basis with classes, lunches and activities.

The library should be a place for research, camaraderie and fun!

We are always looking to add more activities and resources to our library hub. Students look forward to coming in and checking out books, using our computers and playing games.

Games are a very popular way for students to wind down or have a mini mental break from the stresses of school. This project will help fund our need for new games and to help replenish our older pieces.
