This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After a long week of learning new material, working hard, and doing lots of classwork, I want to give my students an opportunity to relax and have some fun. I want to give them the opportunity to interact with their friends, work together and, most importantly, play! Our schedule is always go, go, go, and Fun Fridays give them a chance to have fun (while still learning) and let kids be kids.
The materials (building resources, puzzles, and fidgets) requested will allow students to work together and help build upon their teamwork skills.
Working collaboratively also builds vocabulary and language skills, which are important for both my EL and SpEd population. Thank you for your consideration! We can't wait to add some fun to our Fridays!
