My Students

I work in a school that houses approximately 400 students. These students come from many different backgrounds and life experiences. They learn in a variety of different ways and they enjoy instruction that is interactive, visual, and exciting. They always work hard and are eager to learn new things!

My Project

My students work so hard during the week, so we unwind with Fun Friday. All of these supplies will help add to that fun in a safe way! My students love to build, draw, and create. The Play-Doh will be wonderful for creating, the rainbow drawing paper will be a huge hit, and the LEGO will be well loved.

Having fun in school is key to having a successful school day and school year!

All students deserve a break for their hard work. Little do they know, this break is also helping them learn key social skills and team work! These tools will help my students have meaningful, team building opportunities in the classroom. They will also allow the students to participate in Fun Friday in a safe manner, while maintaining a social distance. Students can take all of these materials to their own desk space, but still have fun and communicate with their friends nearby. The headphones will also allow them to find a safe space to work and listen to stories, educational videos, and Google lessons!

Even though times are different, I still want my students have the same opportunities I have given all students in the past, and continue to have some sense of normalcy.
