This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Throughout the school year, students have been learning about parts of speech, along with dialogue.

We will be learning about fables, which incorporate dialogue.

Students will have the opportunity to create, write, edit, and publish their fables in a hard-bound book. Learning about fables helps our students understand moral lessons that are easy for students to understand and ideally allow students to apply these lessons in their own lives. Fables teach values such as honesty, kindness, and perseverance. Fables also come from various cultures around the world, which allows students to explore different cultures.
