Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to learn and love to read. They enjoy checking out books and reading silently during library. Most of my students come in reading way below grade level, but they enjoy reading. They just need books that interest them, and that are at their level. In order to be able to close those reading gaps, I need the necessary resources.
The best way to increase reading ability is to read more and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading.
All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. Students will be able to choose books that will help them continue to enjoy independent reading, increase their reading level, and develop a love of reading. Happy Reading!!
