Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me create a safe and clean environment for my students. I am a new teacher at a Title I community partnership school who will be teaching 4th-grade Math and Science. These resources will allow my two classes of 20 students each to engage in hands-on learning where the classroom may get dirty due to Science experiments.

These supplies such as paper towels and Clorox wipes, will help my classroom stay clean so students can focus on their learning instead of their environment.

Bandaids and tissues will help my students stay safe and healthy. These resources are supplies that students are often unable to provide themselves. Any support is greatly appreciated as I am unable to currently provide basic supplies for my students. These resources will help my students focus on their learning instead of how they will find these resources themselves.

Students of all backgrounds deserve equal learning opportunities. My students come from various backgrounds, which gives the classroom special learning opportunities to grow off of. My students learn best when they can engage in hand-on learning around the room. My goal for this project is to create an environment where my students can engage in hands-on scientific experiments and math learning games. These resources will help my classroom stay clean so students can engage in these activities more often.
