My Project

My first graders are fabulous! They are smart and talented, but most of all, they are caring. They work hard and learn from each other. They come from a variety of backgrounds and are diverse in so many ways.

Being new to first grade, I am looking for ways to help them stay organized and focused.

I will use the table top easel to teach small groups while the learning games will keep them engaged during the same time. The hooks will help students keep their individual supplies organized, so they don't lose valuable learning time searching for things.

All of these items are important in making learning fun. I want students to fall in love with reading and math. I want them to be able to self-organize. I want them to work independently and with their peers. Creating a positive learning environment is key to their success!
