Help me give my students healthier snack options like apple sauce, oatmeal, goldfish crackers, cereal and V-8 juices to re-energize their bodies and give their brains the fuel it needs to learn and grow!
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Having these healthy snack options accessible to my students will give them the chance to re-energize their bodies and give their brains the fuel it needs to grow and learn!
Healthy snacks will help my students maintain their focus and in return will improve the quality of their education.
The apple sauce ,breakfast bars , cereal bars, crackers and V-8 juices will be great snacks to give my students throughout the day.
A child focusing on their grumbling stomach distracts them from achieving their fullest academic potential.
Too often my students come to school with soda and candy to eat for lunch or snack, these items will allow me to slowly foster their desire to make healthier choices.
